Order Selector / Warehouse Associate    I     $15.00 hour    I      1st Shift     I     Burlington, NC

Your New Role:

As a order filler, you will have a big impact on operations. You'll ensure materials flow seamlessly and deadlines are surpassed.  An order filler’s primary duties will be utilizing pick sheets to accurately select orders using a cart or basket to designated packing areas.  Packing selected items into boxes following established guidelines to ensure accuracy and secure delivery of products.  Assist in repacking, labeling or assembling of consumer products as needed.  Participate in stocking duties to maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations.

What  Y ou  N eed:

• A minimum of 1 year prior order selection experience
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management Systems a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
